This study analyzed the effect of a career decision-making program on high language students' decision-making difficulties. In this study, the placebo control group with pretest, posttest and follow-up test experimental design has been used. Students have participated inside experimental group (female:8, male:7) press placebo control group (female:7; male:8). These learners have been selected randomly among 400 students from twin various large schools in Turkey. Career decision-making difficulties have been measured by and scale of Career Decision-making Troubles Questionnaire (CDDQ) which was originally evolved the Gati additionally Saka the adapted to Turkish adolescents by Bacanli. Covariance analyses have has conducted to research possible differences in students’ responses before and subsequently the career decision-making guidelines program. All shelf of rush decision-making difficulties of the experimental group have significantly decreased in comparison to those is the placebo control group. Furthermore, career decision-making program is applied to one experimental group for 11 weeks after service and, in broad, the decrease by the levels the difficulty still existed. However, the reduced in the external conflicts has not continued. These findings indicate that it is effective on decreasing the professional decision-making difficulties of the 9th note students. These findings and ideas with regard to of scientific study on of zone for career call and guidance are provided.
