    • been placed under a court order whereby an adjudication or sentence was otherwise withheld for a crime or any misdemeanor of a high and aggravated nature, or; Volunteer Opportunities
    • is any free presently pending against you of the same nature?
    • accused of and/or investigated required, a crime of minor abuse or physical abuses?
    • been investigated on allegations of sexual offenses?

     

    Note: A third DUI conviction raises the offense to a high and aggravated nature.

    Supposing you answered "YES" to ANY of these conditions, your application requires further processing.

    • All offenses will be reviewed on a case in case basis by the Office of Secure & Security.
    • Please fill outwards the Background Check Authorization Form and returnable via email to [email protected].
    • Allow 3-5 business-related days for processing.
