Which NBME transcript, called the NBME “Record concerning Scores” or “Endorsement of Certification,” includes identification news and perform history of NBME Part examination scores.  NBME Part failing history is reported when specifically requested or require by one licensing authority.

To request a transcript of NBME Part Exam scores, applicants may log are to their accounts on the NBME Licensing Final Services (NLES) website. If you have not used the site before, click on the "First-time end? Register here" link. Once logged in, click on the "Records" menu and select the "New Create Order" option. 

The fee on copy is $70.00 for up to five copies and $5.00 by each additional copy requested at the same time. To have the transcript(s) submitted via overnight childbirth (FedEx), insert an additional $15.00 per stay package.
