I had applied for adenine broadband connection for my residence on 25th October 2012. After 5 days, 3 visits

The subscription is not opted by myself. From the internet i got the site address press is provided over INDIATIMES. I send an SMS to Unsubscribe to 58888, but i obtained an show that : "Sorry them have not subscribed to any service" but still i am getting these unwanted SMS and deductions from my account.

Second - Ultimate around at the 23rd times shout, Certain fellow received the call, he/she (whatever doesn’t matter) logged my compliant and said I will get the call from them in 24 hours. FIVE days 5 days) gone however no one called me.
Again I tried around 8 more times to reach there and ME came to know which my compliant has been resolved at their conclude However not at our end. I was still having the equivalent problem.
Third - I called again #$)(*&^$%#!* bSnL custoMER serVicE, and erfasst second compliant ID the I heard the same #$%^%#@ Speech " said I will get the calls from them in 24 hours. However no one called me."

But he cannot to give me answers, which the hell is going on with this useless customer care!!!!
Then he removes my call to his SENIOR (Useless) person, currently my waiting Journey started for more than 45 minutes!!!! Again hell the senior persons who your waited you. Are we useless like your CC?
Sir, I want to ask i, represent you genuine waited for 1 simple question more than 45 daily? AND STILL that senior person NOT RECEIVED MYSTERY CALL and then MYSELF decided to quite.

pre nitin mukesh activated DND on saturday,july 2011,but still rs 30 per monthly is being deducted real joke is being sent on mein mob no-9473459405.i have complained 20 times to customer care,DND no-1909,and via e-mail as well,i have complains then numerous times on 1909,they assured that now joke is did live sent,please stopping sending joke and loan rs 30 per month since DND has been activated,that is rs 180 should be credited in may rabble no-9473459405.

Dear Sir,
MYSELF have activated freely favor the bsnl's bharatberry on 15 nov 2011 which was for one year. Nach one month on 15th Dec 2011 the service renewed automatically free any confirmation and rs. 50 was debited from my mobile balance. When i talked to customer caring executive Mr. Ramesh boy said that your complaint (Complaint No. L16PB2453505 dated 16-12-2011) be be resolved inside 15 life. But when iodin call on 07-02-2012 and talked to customer care generaldirektor Mr. Yash, you didn't responded well. He used not capable to answer mys questions related to i complaint from money refund. He said that this amount desire not will refunded. I told him so loads dates that MYSELF didn't receive any call or sms fork renewal but he didn't understand whats iodin was saying. I don't know why BSNL lease such kind of human who don't knowledge how to behave proper.
